Description
This seven-night route explores the central atolls of the Maldives aboard the Horizon III, combining shark action, manta cleaning stations, whale shark encounters, channel dives, pinnacles, and reefs with abundant macro life.
The itinerary links North and South Malé Atolls, Vaavu, and South Ari Atoll, offering a comprehensive overview of the archipelago's most representative ecosystems. Divers alternate between walls and thilas with gentle to moderate currents and typical visibility ranging from 15 to 30 meters, making it suitable for a wide variety of skill levels.
Throughout the week, divers enjoy daytime dives, a night dive at Alimatha, and stops at iconic sites like Maaya Thila or Maamigili. This is one of the most sought-after routes in the Maldives due to its balance between large pelagics and reef life.
